Delivery & Collection of Orders

We are able to offer both delivery and collection for your orders. Unfortunately, our delivery option does incur charges but our order collection service is completely free of charge. For collection orders, please wait for your collection number prior to collecting from us as your items may not be ready. We like to provide a smooth, delay free service for our customers. Arriving for your order once you have your collection number allows us to prevent delaying your busy schedules. If you're unsure and would like to confirm that your order is ready for collection, please feel free to contact us.

Refunds & Returns

Our aim is to ensure our customers are happy and help as much as we are able to. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or problems do occur with items. Our returns policy may vary dependant on the item purchased. You may incur a 15% restocking fee. Any products purchased from our clearance section are not eligible for return or exchange. Also, due to hygiene reasons all toilets are unable to be returned or exchanged, if you do change your mind.

Please ensure that all damages or faults with products are reported to us within 24 hours of your delivery time. Anything reported to us outside of this timeframe, may not be correctable without further costs being incurred for replacement items. Please email images and or videos of the product damages and or faults.

When should I expect to receive my order?

One of our main ambitions is to have your order with you as soon as possible. Whilst we would love to offer a standard next day service, this is not always possible meaning at this time we cannot offer this service as a promise. As we use third-party couriers, we can only estimate delivery windows based on the information they provide to us. Some of our larger, heavier items are delivered directly from our suppliers and therefore are provided by us based on their estimate. However, normally our orders are delivered within 3 - 5 business days of your order confirmation date.

How do I use my promotion code?

Any discount/promotion codes can be entered when you get to the check out page. You'll find the box on the right hand side of the page underneath the products.

Can I cancel my order prior to delivery?

Orders which have not been processed and despatched can be cancelled. Please contact us straight away without any delays to cancel your order. We stress that contacting us by phone on 01234 860 230 in these instances is best. This helps us to resolve these situations much faster and prevent unwanted orders leaving us. Please note that if you contact us a few hours after placing your order or near to our closing time, your order may have already been processed, despatched and unable to be cancelled.
